150 gr zahar
100 gr ulei
150 gr faina
1/2 lingurita praf de copt
50 gr de cacao
50 gr merisoare (eu am folosit congelate, dar puteti folosi si uscate)
30 gr ciocolata
Porniti cuptorul si incalziti-l la aprox. 180 de grade.
Bateti bine cu mixerul ouale cu zaharul, pana se dizolva zaharul si aveti o crema pufoasa. Adaugati uleiul si amestecati usor.
Intr-un vas separat, amestecati faina cu praful de copt si cacao, si integrati treptat acest amestec in amestecul de ou cu zahar, pana aveti un aluat fin si omogen.
Intr-o tava cu laturi de aprox. 20 cm, tapetata cu hartie de copt, turnati aluatul si presarati peste merisoarele si ciocolata.
Coaceti pentru 30 de minute.

Chocolate & cranberry brownie
3 eggs
150 gr sugar
100 gr vegetable oil
150 gr flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
50 gr cocoa powder
50 gr cranberries (fresh, frozen or dried)
30 gr chocolate chips
Start by preheating the oven to 180C.
Whisk together the eggs and the sugar, until you have a soft cream; add the oil and whisk gently.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa and add it slowly to the egg mixture, until you have a soft dough, perfectly mixed.
Pour the dough in a prepared tin and scatter over the cranberries and chocolate chips. Bake for about 30 minutes.
