Venirea primaverii aduce cu sine si nevoia de a apela si la o dieta mai usoara, chiar daca de multe ori ne intoarcem la fripturile suculente care ne-au incalzit iarna.
Dar cand doriti sa preparati o salata usoara, satioasa si colorata va propun aceasta varianta.

Ca sa fiu sincera, toata reteta sta in pastele aromate pe care le-am folosit: paste bio de la Petras bio.

Asadar, ingredientele:

1 tagliatelle cu busuioc

mix de legume – morcovi , conopida, fasole verde, fasole galbena, mazare

usturoi

ulei de masline

Legumele le-am fiert pe abur, in timp ce am calit putin de tot usturoiul. Am adaugat legumele peste usturoi si am amestecat bine, lasand sa se patrunda aroma.
Apoi am amestecat totul cu pastele, fierte dupa indicatiile de pe ambalaj.

O cina foarte rapida si delicioasa, care va permite sa fiti foarte inventivi cu ingredientele!

tagliatelle with basil
mixed vegetables – carrots, green and yellow beans, peas, caulliflower etc
garlic
olive oil

The arrival of the spring makes us want to make some changes in our diet and turn to more nutritous and easy meal choices. Nevertheless, we always turn back to the juicy steaks that kept us going through winter, but it is a wise choice that in some days we should choose this kind of dinner.

I must admit that the secret to this meal are the special pasta, strongly flavoured with basil.

In a pan I slowly cooked the garlic in oil and I mixed it with the vegetables boiled before hand. I stirred them and let them stay to gain the flavour of the garlic.
After that I mixed everything with the pasta.
