Ovaz cu ciocolata, goji si nuca

Asa cum va povesteam si in ultimul newsletter (daca doriti sa va abonati, o puteti face aici), fac parte din categoria oamenilor care sar cu usurinta peste micul dejun si daca imi impun sa mananc de dimineata, imi e destul de greu sa mananc mare lucru. De aceea, mic dejunurile usoare si cu ingrediente speciale (super-alimente sa le zic mai corect), imi ofera posibilitatea sa pun intr-o micuta farfurie o multime de vitamine si minerale.

Acest mic dejun vine sa sprijine aceasta idee si in plus, cine nu iubeste ciocolata la micul dejun? 🙂

Ingrediente 
1 cana fulgi de ovaz
3 cani de apa
1-2 linguri de miere

2 patratele ciocolata neagra (minim 70% cacao)
2 lingurite fructe de goji
cateva nuci
fructe de padure

Fierbeti fulgii de ovaz in apa, iar dupa ce s-au fiert si s-au racit usor, amestecati 1-2 linguri de miere (dupa gust).
Puneti fiertura de ovaz in boluri si decorati cu ciocolata maruntita, goji, nuci si fructe de padure.

Iar astfel puteti hrani cat se poate de sanatos pofta de ciocolata si sa incepeti ziua cu ceva bun si dulce!
