Ciuperci umplute

Ingrediente:

ciuperci champignon proaspete
rosii
ardei
ceapa verde
morcovi
cascaval
ulei

Aceasta este o alta reteta improvizata cu ce aveam la indemana in frigider, dupa ce am intrat in posesia unor frumoase ciuperci champignon de care imi era mila sa le toc intr-o tocanita. In primul rand am curatat si spalat ciupercile si le-am asezat intr-o tava. Intre timp am calit intr-o tigaie morocvii cu ardeii, am adaugat putin maitarziu rosiile si le-am lasat sa fiarba in sucul lasat de acestea. Cand le-am luat de pe foc am amestecat in compozitie si ceapa verde tocata si am umplut ciupercile.Le-am pus la cuptor pentru 20 de minute dupa ce le-am stropit cu putin ulei si am infasurat tava in folie de aluminiu. Intre timp am razalit cascavalul pe care l-am presarat peste ciupercile pe jumtatate gatite. Le-am acoperit din nou cu folia si l-am mai lasat la foc inca 15 minute. Se pot servi si fierbinti si reci.

In the meantime, in a frying pan, fry the carrots cut in small pieces and the pepper. Later on you cand add the chopped tomatoes and let the mix boil in the tomato sauce. At the end, add the chopped spring onion and mix together. Fill the mushrooms with this mix and let them bake for 20 minutes. Add the cheese on the top of every mushroom and let it bake for 15 minutes more. You can serve them hot or cold.
